The International Airport of Abu Dhabi (AUH) is an airport in Abu Dhabi, capital of United Arab Emirates. The airport is one of the first in the world in terms of passenger growth, new airlines, and infrastructure development. Abu Dhabi International Airport consists of three passenger Terminals named Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
The airport is connected to Abu Dhabi city center by three roads: Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street (Highway 30), Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum Street (Highway 2) and Al Salam Street (Highway 8). The E 10 motorway to Dubai is around ten kilometers from the terminals. A public transport connection exists through shuttle buses with the inner city terminal, through scheduled bus traffic to the rest of the inner city, as well as with taxis or private minibus operators.

The airport is dominated by Etihad Airways which is the second airline largest in the United Arab Emirates after Emirates.
