Widerøes Flyveselskap ASA, simply called as Widerøe, is a Norwegian airline and is the largest regional airline in the Nordic countries. It transports 1.9 million passengers in 2018. With a fleet composed exclusively of Canada Dash 8 aircraft, it operates 38 destinations in Norway and 8 destinations abroad.
Approximately half of Widerøe's operations occur on mandatory public service flights between short-run airports (STOL). In recent years the greatest growth has occurred in the regional network in southern Norway and abroad.

Hand Bagagge - one luggage max 8 kilos All passengers, 2 years and above, can bring one hand luggage within the measurements 55x40x20cm and maximum 8 kilos. In addition to one hand luggage you can bring one small purse or a small laptop bag.
Checked Bagagge: If you have booked tickets in Economy, Flex or Full Flex, you can bring at least one checked baggage free of charge on all Widerøe flights. If you book in Economy Light you can bring checked baggage free of charge only if you have a EuroBonus Silver, Gold or Diamond status registered in your booking. If the included checked baggage is too heavy (more than 23 kg) or too large (more than 158 cm), you only pay the excess weight fee and/or the larger baggage fee.

Internet check-in is easy and effective. Through this service, you can select / change seat selection, register your EuroBonus number, cancel or print the confirmation of the check-in.
If you register your email address and mobile number when booking a trip, you will 22 hours before departure receive e-mail and SMS offering to check in via Internet or SMS / mobile.
Please note that you need to check-in with the first departing airline in your itinerary. If your first flight is with Widerøe, please check-in at wideroe.no. If your first flight is with SAS, please check-in at sas.no. If your first flight (domstic Norway) is with Norwegian you must check in at the airport.
