UNI Air 立榮航空 is an airline based in Zhongshan, Taipei, Taiwan. The airline is a regional and domestic subsidiary of EVA Air. UNI Air serves 29 destinations in 4 countries. Its flights connect to the EVA Air network via Taipei and Kaohsiung. The airline was also known as Makung International Airlines until 1996, when EVA Air took over a majority stake in the airline. In 1998, the airline merged with Great China Airlines and Taiwan Airways, in which Eva Air also had an interest in it, to form UNI Airways (UNI Air). UNI Air operates regular passenger services mainly on domestic routes in the Republic of China and China, and also operates charter flights to Bangkok , Hanoi and Seoul. In order to provide passengers with comfortable seating space, each Uni Air passenger can only carry one piece of hand luggage, the weight should not exceed 7 kg, and the size specification limits the length/width/height: 56cmx36cmx23cm.
It is recommended that passengers carry a single piece of luggage up to 30 kg.
The length, width and height of each piece of checked baggage shall not exceed 277 cm, and the width and height restrictions are different depending on the model of the aircraft.
